In the forge of ideas

When our designers navigate through the complex representations in their CAD program with the 3D mouse, a precise template for the production of a component is created.

"A good design is already half the manufacturing and saves costs in production afterwards," say our experts. An important part of successful design is consulting with the customer. Often, problems lie in the details and are only made visible and solved in the 3D space of the computer. Their versatile tasks go far beyond mere design. Every day, they face new challenges in preparing and implementing customer ideas into data for production.

Through creative solutions and new ideas, plans are created for products beyond mass production. Communication with the client often takes place using clear 3D representations. Complex components become spatially comprehensible, allowing quick decision-making. All designers are also skilled in manufacturing and cutting.

Short paths (also spatially) to production and regular exchanges between departments quickly lead to optimal design solutions. The resulting developments are passed directly to the laser cutting system as production-ready data sets. Continuing education is mandatory at modern CAD workstations; the highlight is passing on knowledge to the next generation. Our trainee finds it a good idea, and we see it as a good investment in the company's future.
